YouTube.com co-founder Chad Hurley is fighting back in his legal battle with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian over the release of footage from their extravagant engagement event in October (13).
Hurley is accused of releasing a two-and-a-half minute video of West proposing to the reality Tv star at a baseball stadium in San Francisco, California without their consent.
After the film was shared on his new video-sharing platform, MixBit, the celebrity couple launched legal action over claims Hurley was not invited to attend the proposal and was only allowed to stay after signing a confidentiality agreement.
Now Hurley has filed his own legal documents, alleging he was tricked into signing the papers after being told by West and Kardashian's team that they were release forms giving consent for his image to appear on Tv.
He is asking a judge to dismiss the lawsuit and for the couple to pay his legal fees, according to Tmz.com.
