Selfridges are to mark Chloé's 60th anniversary with a special exhibition.

The London department store will transform the Concept Store on the ground floor from March 1-30 to feature a series of vintage pieces from the Chloé archives and videos of the label's most memorable fashion shows.

Sebastian Manes, director of womenswear and accessories for Selfridges, said: ''Being able to bring this wonderfully celebratory retrospective to London is a joy for us.

''Reflecting on Chloé's incredible accomplishments and contribution to the world of style is a must for followers of fashion, and we're delighted to showcase that within our store.''

To commemorate the Edition Anniversaire collection, Chloé have also reissued 16 famous pieces from their history, including Karl Lagerfeld's violin dress of spring/summer 1983 and Stella Mccartney's pineapple T-shirt of spring/summer 2001, which will be available to buy.

The exhibition is curated by Judith Clark and will also see the store's famous Oxford Street window displays dedicated to Chloé.

A similar retrospective, entitled Chloé.Attitudes, was held in Paris last year.
