Two of Kate Gosselin's children are to be home-schooled after being expelled from their private school in Pennsylvania, reports the US weekly magazine 'In Touch'. Gosselin, who rose to prominence on the reality show 'Jon & Kate Plus 8', has eight children after giving birth to sextuplets, and twins.
6-year-old's 'Collin' and 'Alexis' have reportedly been struggling to adapt to their new school, and a source close to the family said, "They've fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids. The things they are saying are not words they should know". The source also revealed that the reason for the expulsion could be down to 'rage issues' linked with the filming of the reality show. It is not the first time that the Gosselin children have been in trouble, one of the sextuplet girls was previously suspended from school after reportedly hitting another student.
Despite the initial interest in the family, the reality show has recently seen dwindling audience figures, with last week's special 'Kate Plus 8: Alaska Here We Come', drawing only 1.3 million viewers - the show gained around 10 million viewers at its peak last year.
