Kate Winslet admits she is a "hypocrite" when it comes to nude scenes.

The 35-year-old actress had vowed to stop taking her clothes off on screen, but was once again baring all for her role in the Emmy-nominated TV series 'Mildred Pierce', and she now plans to stop making big statements about her career.

She told V magazine: "It definitely makes me the hypocrite of the decade. I'm just going to stop saying it."

Even though Kate has appeared naked in several projects, including 'Titanic', 'Little Children' and 'The Reader', the Oscar winner insists it doesn't get any easier taking your clothes off if front of room full of people.

She added: "I hate it! Listen, make no mistake, I just get on it. I just go in and say 'Oh f**k let's do it,' and boom! If you complain about it or procrastinate it's not going to go away. It's a profoundly bizarre thing to do."
