Actress Kate Winslet refused to undergo psychotherapy to help her deal with her split from husband Sam Mendes last year (10) and relied instead on her "own intuition".
The British Oscar-winner announced her separation from the American Beauty director last year (10), putting an end to their seven-year marriage.
But the Titanic star admits she didn't turn to a professional therapist to help her deal with the upheaval in her personal life.
She tells Vogue magazine, "One of the reasons I've never done intensive psychotherapy or any of that stuff is that if there's anything in me that needs fixing, I want to know that I can rely on my own intuition to fix it."
