Despite her background in The Fashion industry, Katherine admitted she is still insecure about her looks and was worried about shooting a shower scene for her new movie 'One For The Money'.
Katherine stars as bounty hunter Stephanie Plum in the film based on Janet Evanovich's novels and although she was concerned about her figure she explained she kept the scene in the movie because she loved it so much in the book
Speaking at the Paris premiere of the film, she said: "It's so uncomfortable. You are just never happy with the way you look.
"No matter how hard I tried or how little I ate that whole day hoping my stomach would stay flat, it doesn't matter."
