Keri Russell awoke to find burglars in her home this morning (04.12.13).

The 37-year-old 'The Americans' actress, who has a six-year-old son, River, and a daughter, Willa, who will turn two on December 27, with her husband Shane Deary, discovered the front door and the living room window of her Brownstone townhouse in Brooklyn, New York City, were wide open at 3am after she heard noises upstairs and got up to investigate.

Two thieves got away with a laptop computer, a necklace, a pair of earrings and a Filson handbag, but 50-year-old Ronald Swindell and his nephew Steffon, 19, were later arrested several blocks away, according to the New York Daily News.

The two men were taken into custody after they were spotted breaking into another house less than three hours later.

Both men have been charged with burglary and criminal possession of stolen property.

A source said the elder Swindell has been arrested multiple times for burglary and was just released from prison two weeks ago.

The former 'Felicity' star proudly showed off her property in Elle Décor magazine in 2011 and gushed about it being her dream home.
