Reality Tv trio the Kardashian sisters have been forced to rename their new cosmetics line following a trademark dispute.
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian lost a legal battle with Kroma founder Lee Tillett in March (13) after she successfully argued the stars' Khroma brand was likely to infringe her label's trademark rights.
Tillett demanded the socialite sisters' products be pulled from more than 5,300 stores across the U.S. and the Kardashians, along with their brand's licence-owner, Boldface, have now decided on a new name for their cosmetics line: Kardashian Beauty.
According to Women's Wear Daily, the renamed make-up range will be available in U.S. stores Duane Reade, Cvs, and Sears later this year (13).
