Kim Kardashian thinks her TV show made her 72-day marriage last longer.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star split from spouse Kris Humphries last October and insists their relationship would have been brief even if it wasn't televised and thinks the camera made their union ''drag out'' more than it would've had it all been done privately.

She said: ''I feel that the situation would have been the same whether there were cameras present or not.

''If anything, the process was dragged out, because I didn't want to end the relationship with the cameras on.''

When Kim was 19, she eloped with music producer Damon Thomas and she says their three-year union was a ''learning experience''.

She told Britain's InStyle magazine: ''I don't regret it. It was a learning experience.''

The brunette beauty is now dating rapper Kanye West and is hopeful their union can last because it is built on a strong Friendship.

She said: ''We know what we are to each other. We've had a deep friendship for so long and that's the start of a really good relationship.''
