Actress Kirstie Alley is in negotiations to tell all about embracing life at 60 in a new book.
The Look Who's Talking star's career has been given a big boost since she appeared on U.S. reality TV show Dancing With the Stars earlier this year (11), when judge Carrie Ann Inaba branded her "the new poster child for life as it should be lived at 60".
And publishing bosses at Simon & Schuster imprint Atria seem to agree - they are keen for Alley, who has spent years battling weight issues, to reveal the secrets to her youthful outlook on life in a new tome.
Her agent Rebecca Gradinger says, "We are in talks with Atria for a book by Kirstie Alley, but we have not signed any papers yet."
Alley, who recently expressed her dream to pen her first novel, has previously tried and failed to launch herself as an author - her literary debut, titled How to Lose Your Ass and Regain Your Life, flopped when it was released in 2005.
