Former Kiss rocker ACE FREHILY has been forced to scrap a trademark stage move that involves setting his guitar on fire, after health and safety officials ruled it was too dangerous.
The solo star used to play the instrument while smoke poured out of it, until concert bosses stepped in.
Now he's looking for an alternative stunt that's safer for him and his audience.
Frehily tells Blabbermouth.net, "The biggest problem with the smoking guitar thing now is the fire marshals. So right now, I'm working on a miniature fog machine that goes in the guitar."
