Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer have voiced themselves in the animated project, which will revolve around a Halloween Kiss concert at a themepark.

The group teams up with Scooby, Shaggy and the rest of the gang to tackle the Crimson Witch in the film, Scooby-Doo! and Kiss: Rock and Roll Mystery, which will also feature a brand new track from the rock band and characters voiced by actor/director Kevin Smith, Garry and Penny Marshall and country singer Darius Rucker, among others.

The film isn't Kiss' first Scooby-Doo appearance - they showed up in a 2003 episode of TV cartoon series What's New, Scooby Doo?
