Kourtney Kardashian says counselling is extremely important to her relationship, and urges everyone to try it. The reality television star - whose fiery relationship with SCOTT DISICK is often documented on 'Keeping Up With The Karshadians' - told People Magazine, "I think counselling is really important and we always love going and feel so much better after. I think everyone should go. People are like, 'It's so expensive and this or that,' but it's more important than buying clothes or a handbag or shoes. It's your life".
The 31-year-old also laughed off rumours of a rift between herself and Disick, stating "It's ridiculous. All the rumours you just have to laugh at. We've been working on our relationship and we're doing the best we can. We're in a really good place right now and taking it day by day and it's good". Kardashian first rose to fame in 2007 when the reality show, 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' premiered on E! Entertainment. The hit US show follows the lives of the Kardashian and Jenner family, and focuses primarily on Kourtney and her sisters Kim Kardashian, and Khloe Kardashian.
Last year, the series spawned a spin-off show, 'Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami', which premiered on August 16, 2009.
