Kristen Stewart continued her trend of favouring comfort and practicality over style and glamour when she arrived at the London premiere of Snow White and the Huntsmen this week. The global superstar matched a stunning gothic style dress with a pair of battered Nike sneakers, reports the UK's Daily Mail.
Stewart's styling recalled the UK premiere of the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part One, when she ditched her peep-toes in order to sign autographs for fans. She also donned a pair of sneakers for the film's world premiere in Los Angeles, which drew gasps from the fashion critics. Despite her choice of footwear, Stewart looked dazzling in a black lace gown from MAChesa's Fall 2012 collection, while her co-star Charlize Theron opted for a similar looking Christian Dior Couture gown. The films' stars had arrived at London's Leicester Square, which had been transformed into an enchanted forest for the evening. The movie is a twist on the Grimm's fairy-tale, in which the Huntsman ordered to kill Snow White in the woods, ends up becoming her protector during her quest to defeat the Evil Queen.
Though Stewart's rumored beau Robert Pattinson did not attend the premiere, he was spotted arriving at the after-party at Soho private members club Quo Vadis.
