Kristen Stewart rehearses her interviews.

The 'Twilight' actress admits she finds being quizzed by reporters nerve-wracking and the only way she can calm her fears is by running through the scenario beforehand.

She admitted: "Practice helps a lot. I just get so nervous in interviews. I don't prepare it. I just do it."

While interviews make Kristen uneasy, she says she is finding the experience easier to deal with and no longer worries if she messes up what she wants to say.

She added: "It's gotten easier with experience. It's like you realise that even if you totally botch it completely, it's not that bad. Even if it turns out horribly and everyone thinks that you're a totally incapable human, it's like 'Well, God, OK, never mind.' "

As well as slowly getting over her fear of being interviewed, Kristen recently admitted she had finally conquered another bizarre phobia - of Disneyland

The actress claims filming 'Adventureland' allowed her to get over her fear of the theme park.

She said: "I was always afraid of Disneyland because there was an urban legend that they used to steal the kids and shave their heads. They'd take them out of the parks, and then the park would shut down in an emergency to try to find the bald child. I never wanted to be that child!"
