The 'Judas' singer will kick off the tour in Asia later this month, before bringing it to Europe, starting in Sofia, Bulgaria, on August 14.
She tweeted: ''ATTENTION EUROPEAN LITTLE MONSTERS: THE BORN THIS WAY BALL FIRST 21 DATES ARE HERE. #ImGoingToTheBTWBall (sic).''
The concerts will be the first in Europe performed by Gaga since her The Monster Ball in December 2010.
The 'Edge of Glory' singer is has previously told how she has been pushing herself with gruelling workouts in preparation for the tour.
She recently tweeted: ''Hot yoga time, post rehearsal. Though my ass is kicked from dancing I may succumb to the heat and focus on conditioning. No pain, no fear.''
The stage set for the 'Born This Way Ball' includes decorating the stage as a gothic medieval castle, and having semi-circular a ramp which extends into the crowd and creates a 'Monster Pit' around the main stage.
Gaga will be supported on the dates by rock outfit The Darkness.
