Lady GaGa demanded a ''mannequin with puffy pink hair'' on her tour rider.

The eccentric 'Bad Romance' singer has made a number of unusual requests for items tour venues must supply her ahead of shows including the figurine and, on another occasion, a wide variety of cheeses.

The demands - made during the singer's The Monster Ball Tour between 2009 and 2011 - were revealed in court, as part of documents submitted by her former assistant, who is suing her.

For one show in Chicago Gaga requested a ''glam rock'' ambience be created, including ''Black, Silver statins (sic) drapped (sic) over walls. Old Rock posters from her favourite artists: Bowie, Queen, Elton, Billy Joel, Billie Holiday.''

Other requests included a variety of food and drink, including Hiro Strawberry jam, organic ginger lemon grass tea and extra long straws as well as Jameson's Irish Whiskey and several bottles of red and white wine.

Further requirements included a crosstrainer, humidifier and automatic drip coffee machine to be made available in Gaga's suite and 24-hour access to the hotel's kitchen for her personal chef. In one email exchange the tour manager questioned the need for can openers and a blender on the rider, due to Gaga having her chef on call.

Gaga's former assistant, Jennifer O'Neill, is suing the star claiming she is owed thousands in unpaid overtime. The case continues.
