Lady GaGa is ready for a ''victory lap'' around the US.

The 'Judas' singer - who has been touring across the world since April - will conclude her Born This Way Ball tour in the US and Canada early next year and is excited at the prospect of being back on North American home turf.

She tweeted: ''I'm so excited to have the last leg of tour be in Canada + America!!! It feels like a victory lap! I CAN'T WAIT!! (sic).''

The 26-year-old singer still has a way to go before wrapping her tour, as she is set to perform in South Africa, Norway and Russia in late November and early December before taking a well earned Christmas break.

She added: ''Usually 9 months into tour I start getting tired, I'm more excited tonight than ever. Then leaving for Africa.. Norway... Russia.. before US! (sic)''

The Born This Way Ball will re-commence in Vancouver, Canada on January 11, 2013 and finish in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 20.

After the tour Gaga won't have too long to relax as she has already announced her next album will be released in 2013, titled 'ARTPOP'.

Describing it, she said: ''I'm fascinated with the decay of the blonde pop icon and how culture loves to build and give birth to fantasies and then destroy them and what that means. It's something I want to explore on my next album.''
