Lady GaGa has settled the lawsuit with her former personal assistant and will avoid a trial over allegations of unpaid overtime.
The Applause hitmaker and her ex-employee Jennifer O'Neill have been embroiled in the legal battle since 2011, when O'Neill filed suit claiming she is owed $380,000 (£253,330) for carrying out 7,168 hours of extra work during the 2010 Monster Ball trek.
A trial was scheduled to begin in November (13), but thanks to the settlement reached on Monday (21Oct13), both parties have avoided facing a jury in court.
No details of the settlement have been made public.
