Lady GaGa takes five minutes every morning to think compassionate thoughts about herself.
The Poker Face and Born This Way singer reveals she picked up the tip from her yoga guru and makes sure she grabs a little time for herself shortly after she wakes up each day.
She says, "She (yoga teacher) always says, 'Try every day to have, for 15 minutes, compassionate thoughts about yourself.' I've narrowed it down to five because 15 drives me mental.
"I try to do five (minutes) and it's helpful... Love who you are."
