Pop superstar Lady GaGa is set to make a special guest appearance on The Simpsons as herself. The flamboyant singer will appear in upcoming episode entitled 'Lisa Goes Gaga', reports MTV News.
In the episode, Gaga arrives in Springfield to cheer up Lisa and ends up kissing Marge. Speaking of her appearance, the singer jokingly said, "I play a little bit of a slut. The apple doesn't fall far from my artistic tree." She also added how much an appearance on the legendary show will mean to her family. "I would say this is one of the coolest things I've ever done, my dad's probably going to do 80 back flips when the episode comes out." However, Gaga's father won't be the only one impressed with her appearance on the show as series creator Matt Groening declared to EW.com "Since the very beginning, I've always wanted to have on the most iconic personalities of our time, and she's it. It's very hard to top reality with her, but I'm sure we'll come up with something that is going to be as improbable as her usual wardrobe."
The Born This Way singer, real name Stefani Germanotta is renowned for her elaborate and eye catching outfits and at the age of 25 has already sold over a million singles.
