Bosses at toy company Bratz have been denied an emergency motion which would force Lady GaGa to approve their new line of dolls in her likeness.
The Bad Romance hitmaker, her management team and licensing firm were hit with a $10 million (£6.4 million) breach of contract suit from executives at Mga Entertainment earlier this week (begs23Jul12) over claims the pop star caused delays by requesting the products be altered.
On Wednesday (25Jul12), toy chiefs appeared in a New York court to seek an emergency order, forcing the trio to sign off on the merchandise, but the plea was denied by Justice Jeffrey Oing pending an official hearing, set for 29 August (12).
