Lady GaGa's ex-boyfriend is facing a million dollar lawsuit over allegations he cheated a songwriter out of profits from the pop superstar's hit tracks.
Rob Fusari, who previously dated the singer, settled his own legal battle with the Poker Face hitmaker last year (10) after claiming he came up with her stage name and helped co-write some of her hits.
The case was settled out of court, but he is now facing legal action from songwriter/producer Calvin 'Sci-Fidelity' Gaines, who claims he collaborated with Fusari on a number of Gaga's popular songs including Paparazzi, Disco Heaven, and Beautiful, Dirty, Rich.
Gaines has filed at lawsuit at Manhattan Federal Court in New York demanding more than $1 million (£625,000) in profits, according to the New York Post.
Fusari has dismissed Gaines' claims, telling the publication he "is trying to extort money out of me."
