Lamb of God rocker Randy Blythe has been acquitted over allegations he contributed to a fan's death by pushing him offstage at a gig in the Czech Republic.

The frontman was in the Municipal Court in Prague on Tuesday (05Mar13) to hear the verdict delivered, according to Reuters.

Blythe spent more than a month behind bars in Prague last summer (12) after he was accused of contributing to the death of 19-year-old fan Daniel Nosek by pushing him offstage at a gig in the city in 2010.

Nosek later died after two weeks in a coma due to head injuries.

The singer was subsequently allowed home to the U.S., but returned to the Czech Republic last month (Feb13) to deny a charge of manslaughter on the first day of the trial.
