Newsman Larry King has been forced to read out a gag order disclaimer on his daily CNN show whenever he features interviews with those involved in the Michael Jackson child molestation trial.

King, who has been subpoenaed to testify at the trial in Santa Maria, California has been staging specials on the case on his show, but now he cannot talk about the trial.

King started off the latest Jackson special, which aired last night (03MAY05), by stating, "Before we get started, the usual quick disclosure, you probably know it by heart: I have been subpoenaed by the defence in the Michael Jackson case and I cannot talk about it as I'm covered by the judges gag order in that trial."
