Lea Michele has revealed she refused to have a nose job because she wanted to prove her detractors wrong.
Lea Michele refused to have a nose job because she likes her unique looks.
The 'Glee' actress was advised to undergo a procedure to alter the unusual shape of her nose when she was first starting out but revealed she was determined to prove her detractors wrong.
She told American Harper's Bazaar: "I'm five foot three. I don't look like a lot of other people. I look like I'm 12. Managers told me, 'Get a nose job. You are not pretty enough'. But I proved them wrong."
However, Lea's 'Glee' co-star Dianna Agron has confessed she had her nose fixed after breaking it twice, once after getting caught up in the middle of an argument at a high school party and again years later.
She told chat show host David Letterman: "The first time I didn't go to the doctor because I didn't want to tell my mom what had happened and she would never let me out of the house.
"The second time I couldn't get it fixed because we were in the middle of doing this concert tour and we were filming. We had a day off and I met up with some of my friends and we were dancing. And again, there was another Collision of sorts - I must be turning too quickly, people don't see me coming or something - but it's fixed now!"
