Liam Gallagher is going to ''blow people's minds'' with his new record.

The Beady Eye frontman will take fans on a ''psychedelic'' trip with his band's second offering and they have been recording with a full brass band in the studio.

He told The Sun newspaper: ''We're gone for the full Pink Floyd trip, man. There's the psychedelic stuff and then the rock 'n' roll bangers. Our producer Dave called up our manager and told him to get a brass band round sharpish one day.

''If it makes it a better record, I'm having it, man. I'm buzzing for it. It's going to blow people's minds.''

The 40-year-old 'Bring The Light' hitmaker has enlisted the help of TV On The Radio musician Dave Sitek - who has also worked with Foals and Yeah Yeah Yeahs - to produce Beady Eye's new record and add a more exotic sound.

Liam formed Beady Eye in 2009 with the ex-members of Oasis, except for his brother Noel, and insists he won't be putting their sibling rivalry behind him to mark the 20th anniversary of their iconic '(What's the Story) Morning Glory?' album next year.

He said: ''The thought of going on stage with that f***ing idiot and hanging out with his daft mates, the pretend drug addicts and snobs from Sloane Street, f**k that, not interested mate. We're Beady Eye all the f***ing way.''
