Actor Liam Neeson is fronting a new campaign for the United Nations Children's Fund (Unicef) to combat violence against youngsters.

The Schindler's List star has teamed up with the charity to highlight the problems facing kids around the world, including murder, rape, and bullying.

In a hard-hitting new public service announcement (Psa), Neeson describes some of the horrors faced by children and he asks the public to support the cause.

In the video, he says, "Just because you can't see violence against children, doesn't mean it isn't there. Make the invisible visible. Help us make violence against children disappear."

Neeson joins stars including Ewan MCGregor and Janet Jackson who have previously supported the charity by fronting Psas.
