Lil' Kim's Employee Also Charged In Shooting Case
LATEST: LIL' KIM's business manager has become a defendant in the case against the hip-hop artist for lying about a 2001 shootout involving members of her entourage.
HILLARY WESTON has been added to an expanded indictment issued earlier this month (JUL04), a New York court heard on Wednesday (28JUL04) - and is charged with two obstruction of justice counts for withholding documents from a grand jury investigation of the shooting.
Lil' Kim - whose real name is KIMBERLY JONES - has pleaded not guilty to the charges of lying to a grand jury investigating the shootout involving members of her entourage outside a Manhattan radio station HOT 97.
The Lady Marmalade hitmaker is charged with one count of conspiracy, three counts of perjury, three counts of making false statements and one count of obstruction - which carries a maximum prison term of 10 years.
