Pop star Lily Allen has ended Lady GaGa's three-week reign at the top of the U.K. singles charts after debuting her new song THE FEAR. The British singer shot to number one this week (ends02Feb09), pushing Lady GaGa's Just Dance into second place.
Kid Cudi Vs Crookers came third with Day 'n' Nite, followed by Tinchy Stryder's Take Me Back at four. James Morrison and Nelly Furtado rounded out the top five with their duet Broken Strings.
In the U.K. album charts, Bruce Springsteen hit number one with his newest effort Working On A Dream, beating off competition from rockers Franz Ferdinand, who came second with Tonight.
