Lindsay Lohan has lost a court battle with rapper Pitbull over his use of her name in his 2011 hit Give Me Everything.
The Florida-based hitmaker dropped the line "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan" on the record, prompting the actress to take legal action against him, claiming he had no right to use her name.
But a New York federal judge sided with Pitbull, real name Armando Cristian Perez, on Thursday (21Feb13), ruling the song is a work of art protected by the U.S. first amendment, according to Tmz.com.
He dismissed the case and Lohan's claims she suffered emotional distress as a result of Pitbull's rap.
