Actress Lindsay Lohan's breach of contract lawsuit with a spray tan company has been dismissed by a Florida judge.
The Mean Girls star and her business partner Lorit Simon met with bosses at White Wave International Labs in 2009 to launch a sunless bronzing mist, but the deal fell apart when the group couldn't agree upon a suitable price.
Shortly afterwards Lohan released her own product, Sevin Nyne, which was said to be "nearly identical" to the mist she was set to release with the beauty company.
White Wave International Labs and their chemist Jennifer Sunday later filed a lawsuit against the star for allegedly stealing their top secret formula.
However Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington has now ruled in favour of the actress because of lack of jurisdiction, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
