Madonna 's older brother Anthony Ciccone is reportedly homeless after losing his job at his father's winery. The 55-year-old is currently homeless and living under Michigan Bridge in Traverse City, northwest Michigan.
Anthony spoke to the Michigan Messenger newspaper about how he lost his job more than a year ago, saying his family had "turned their back" on him. He said, "You think I haven't answered this kind of question a bazillion times - why my sister is a multibazillionarie, and I'm homeless on the street?" Anthony says he collects cans and bottles to make a small amount of income. Madonna, whose full name is Madonna Louise Ciccone, has three other brothers, two sisters and one half sister. Her brother Christopher wrote the unauthorized tell-all book 'Life with My Sister Madonna' in 2008. The revelation is the latest woe for the superstar singer, who was jeered by fans at the opening of her new movie W.E. in London at the weekend. According to the UK's Metro newspaper, fans had waited for hours to catch a glimpse of the singer, but were left disappointed when she spoke to just a few before disappearing inside the Empire cinema in Leicester Square.
The movie charts the romance between Wallis Simpson, played by Andrea Riseborough and Edward Viii, played by James D'ARCY.
