Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's former NEWLYWEDS home is on the market again - current owner and former Malcolm In The Middle star Justin Berfield is selling up.
The actor/producer bought the Calabasas, California home when the pop couple split after filming their reality show in the house.
Speaking to WENN in 2007, Berfield revealed the pad was his dream home long before it became a reality TV den - he first visited the five-bedroom mansion when he was a teenager.
He explained, "I'd actually been to that house about three years before I bought it and I thought it was an amazing house and I only hoped back then that one day I could have a house like this. It just had everything I wanted in a house."
Berfield was thrilled when his pals Simpson and Lachey bought the property and opened their doors to the world for their hit reality show.
He pounced when the house went up for sale in 2006 after the couple split and added a movie theatre room and a wine cellar.
And now the property is back on the market for just under $4 million (£2.85 million).
The Mediterranean-style home is situated in a private guard-gated community and comes with seven bathrooms, pool and spa and an impressive chefs kitchen.
The mansion also comes with a custom soundproofed room, which was once used as a recording studio by Lachey and Simpson.
Berfield is selling up so he can be closer to his his J2 Pictures and J2TV companies in Venice, California.
