A woman previously charged with stalking Marion Cotillard was indicted on Friday (30Dec11) for allegedly sending the actress threatening emails.
New York City resident Teresa Yuan was charged with interstate stalking last year (11) after sending a series of bizarre messages to the Oscar-winning French actress through a fan website in July (11).
Yuan was ordered to stay away from the Inception star and her fan site, and barred from using the internet outside her home but she recently violated that agreement and was last week (begs26Dec11) charged with five new counts of transmitting threats to Cotillard, reports the New York Post.
According to prosecutors, Yuan emailed a video to the star's fan page, asking the beauty if she'd be willing to take a chance with her life and play Russian Roulette.
She was released on bail and is currently awaiting her next court date.
