Metallica are to play their first show in India.
The heavy rockers will headline the upcoming F1 Rocks concert in Uttar Pradesh on 28 October (11) - two days before the inaugural Indian Formula One Grand Prix.
More than 30,000 fans are expected to pack into the Leisure Valley venue for the show and Metallica can't wait for the gig.
A statement from the band reads, "We're so excited to be playing a show in a place we never thought in our wildest dreams we'd get to play."
Previous F1 Rocks concerts in Brazil and Italy have been headlined by Eminem and Jamiroquai, respectively.
