Now the MGM Grand resort, where the illegal incident took place, has launched an internal investigation into the footage, as the legal age in the United States of America is 21 years old.
Bobbi Kristina was spotted inside the casino with her 22-year-old boyfriend and adopted brother, Nick Gordon.
A representative for the business told TMZ, they are now looking into the incident.
The Nevada Gaming Commission has also launched its own investigation into the footage.
Underage gambling is a misdemeanor in the state, punishable by up to six months in county jail or $1,000 fine by the individual involved. The MGM Grand could be subject to an even heftier fine.
