Michael Jackson's father Joe is preparing to take further legal action against the executors of his son's estate if they continue to ignore his requests for financial support.
The Thriller superstar, who died in June (09), left his estate in the hands of John Branca and John MCClain.
Joe Jackson filed suit against the administrators this week (begs09Nov09) accusing the executors of forging the singer's will, which was signed and dated "July 7th, 2002 at 5:00 pm, Los Angeles".
It's alleged pictures prove Jackson was in New York on the day he reportedly put pen to paper in California - claims Branca and MCClain have vehemently denied.
The Jackson family patriarch's bid to discredit the administrators was dismissed by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff on Tuesday (10Nov09), paving the way for Branca and MCClain to be formally appointed as co-executors of the estate.
But Joe is refusing to give up - his attorney Brian Oxman reveals he is preparing to file a creditor's claim on behalf of his client if he is cut off financially, reports TMZ.com.
Oxman claims the King of Pop verbally promised to "always support" his parents and siblings, even in death.
The Jackson estate has been hit with a barrage of creditor's claims in recent months, including bids for cash from a former choreographer, his former skin doctor, his ex-accountants and a legal firm.

A question that will certainly be asked is: Why doesn't the father of Michael Jackson ask HIS LIVING CHILDREN FOR MONEY?Why take money from a son that is DEAD that money is left to Michael Jackson's children. If this guy wants money so much he should ask his LIVING CHILDREN, not to try to get it from the DEAD son.I just can't imagine how a father can be so MEAN and GREEDY that he would stoop so low to go after money that is left to his dead son's children.I'm sure all of Michael's fans are wondering the same thing.A fan

He can't get money from his other children because they lived off MJ too.(besides Janet) Thats why they are trying so desperatly to get shows going, tour dates....they no longer have their gravy train. Tito works in a garage, and Jermaine is plugging for anything he can get as always. Writing more books, making albums (trying), and appearing on any show that pays well. Michael had cut them all off, except his mother awhile ago, but she, of course gave them $$$...MJ's $$$. At least they are working to make thier own money as MJ stopped supporting them all. They are all in panic and in court all the time to get his $$$. I know his mother has been to court at least 4 times since his death and Debbie Rowe is taking her back to court for not doing what the judge ordered.

Joe Jackson doesn't deserve s**t! He was an abusive excuse of a "father" both physically and emotionally to Michael as a young child; Michael never recovered from this abuse and the scars followed him to his grave. Let Joe's sorry ass live off of his Social Security check as MANY are struggling to do! Get a taste of the REAL world, you jerk!
