Michael Jackson's Art Collection At The Center Of Legal Wrangle - Comments and Message Board

Since Jermaine introduced Tohme Tohme to Michael to help clean up his finances, renegotiate financing with Colony Capital on Neverland and work with AEG to commit Michael to a concert, he must have earned a percentage or some take for bringing the parties toghether. Afterall, isn't Jermaine's his wife or ex-wife related to Tohme Tohme?

Tohme wrote this letter giving away Michael's things. Michael's signature is not on the letter. How do we know Michael ever gave Tohme permission and authority to make such a transaction? How do we know that Michael even knew what that crook Tohme was even doing? Check out June Gaitan's phone conversation with Michael not long before he died. Come on, John Branca. If anybody can undo this travesty - stealing from Michael and his children - you can. Pleeeeeeease!

Michael Jackson had so many 'frenemies'. Its simply unbelievable. Michael Mom and the Estate will put a stop to this deal and rightly so. It never seem to end, the exploitation of MJ.

When I first heard about this so called sale I wondered who in the world would have master minded such a money grubbing, obscene cash in of some of Michael's most precious belongings. Then we learn it's Tohme and Mann. Now it makes perfect sense. What an unscrupulous, slimy pair of cockroaches they are. I hope the Estate flays these two!!

The only comment I have is Michael had "far to many friends or fiends".I have always wondered whether this Tohme fellow had something to do with MJ's death. He always seemed so greedy and so crooked and it seemed that he would have used Michael Jackson behind his back, with a humongous smile on his face. Why does this man have any power over any part of MJ's legacy.I can understand the part that the estate plays but his own Mom and probably his own children have to go through hell and back to do anything when it comes to "their own father an son". Can someone get that Tohme guy out of the mix??As for that Australian guy, would he want these arts pieces if they were worthless and he couldn't get a buck for them or is he toooo after a way to get money from MJ like the rest of "Michael Jackson's so called "FRIENDS"!!

As a fan I would love to see Michael's artwork. Michael has said before that Thome was taking over his life and taking many liberties which he was not consulted on and he did not like it. This may well be another example of what he was referring to. I think it all should belong to the estate, particularly his children who would appreciate it the most.
