Eccentric pop star Mika tops the British singles chart for the third week in a row with his debut single Grace Kelly. The pop sensation beat off strong competition from guitar stars Fall Out Boy's THIS AIN'T A SCENE IT'S AN ARMS RACE and Bloc Party's THE PRAYER, who charted second and fourth respectively. Just Jack's STARZ IN THEIR EYES moved one place down from second to third. Elsewhere, Norah Jones sophomore album NOT TOO LATE topped the UK album charts for the first time, beating this week's new entries, second placed MYTHS OF THE NEAR FUTURE by KLAXONS and Jamie T's PANIC PREVENTION, which came fourth.
