After a poor performance on Monday's live show, JERSEY SHORE star Mike Sorrentino has been voted off 'Dancing with the Stars'. The 28-year-old, nicknamed 'The Situation', received only 28 points for this week's dance (11th October 2010) which represented the lowest overall total.
CBS News report that once Sorrentino and his partner Karina Smirnoff were eliminated, the reality television star was spotted sulking in the parking lot, smoking a cigarette and shaking his head at the decision. After a lacklustre performance, judge Bruno Tonioli called Sorrentino's tango "a terrible mess", while Carrie Ann Inaba described it as a "rough ride". However, 'The Situation' was less than happy with the comments, and told US Magazine, "I was upset. I actually stormed off upset because I tried so hard. I really did. I changed my haircut; I don't know".
Bristol Palin and partner Mark Ballas also found themselves in the bottom group of couples during the elimination show, as did KURT WARNER and partner Anna Trebunskaya. Elsewhere, Brandy and The Hills star Audrina Patridge scored highly, but it was Jennifer Grey who once again wowed the judges, receiving the first 'perfect ten' of the series for their Argentinian tango.
