British rocker Miles Kane was left without a proper drum kit for a gig in London on Saturday (29Jun13) after trashing his instruments on stage at Glastonbury.

The Last Shadow Puppets star took to the stage for a solo set at the iconic music event in England on Friday (28Jun13) before playing at London's Hard Rock Calling festival on Saturday.

He has now revealed he trashed a drum kit at the end of his Glastonbury set, so he had to play in London without a full set of instruments for his band.

Speaking to Pete Donaldson of Britain's Absolute Radio station at Hard Rock Calling, Kane says, "(Glastonbury) was cool man, yeah... I think maybe your confidence grows a little bit but it was great - we even trashed the drum kit at the end... I think it's alright though."

When asked about his drum technician's reaction, he adds, "I've seen his face like 'I got a gig tomorrow' (sic)... So we're doing it minus (the drums)... we've just got the acoustic out (for Hard Rock Calling)."
