Miranda Kerr wants to make a bronze mould of her baby bump.

The 27-year-old model is due to give birth to her first child with husband Orlando Bloom in January and revealed she is so proud of her swelling shape she is considering ways of having a permanent reminder of her pregnancy shape.

She said: "One thing I was tempted to order online is a thing you can put on your tummy to make a mould of your tummy in bronze and you can keep that forever. That way you can always have that memory.

"You do this mould and then when the baby comes out you can put the baby in a blanket in the mould so it feels like it's still in your tummy."

One of the reason why Miranda wants a model of her baby bump is because she is enjoying pregnancy so much.

She gushed to Kyle Sandilands and Sophie Monk on Sydney's 2Day FM radio station: "I'm loving it, it's so nice, it's such a beautiful experience and I just feel so lucky to be able to enjoy this. I just love being pregnant."

The Australian beauty wed the 'Pirates Of The Caribbean' star in a private beach ceremony in July and Miranda thinks the intimate nature of their nuptials made the day even more special.

She said: "It was just the two of us on an island in the Caribbean and it was wonderful. It was so romantic, we wanted to keep it private and that was the only way we could. It was such a special union, just the two of us on the beach."
