Amy Winehouse's father is not impressed with the new cover version of his late daughter's hit 'Back to Black'.

Mitch Winehouse is not a fan of Andre 3000's collaboration with Beyonce and has branded the Outkast singer's vocal ''terrible.''

Writing on his Twitter page on Saturday (27.04.13) after the full version of the track premiered on Mark Ronson's EastVillageRadio.com show, Mitch fumed: ''I just heard the Andre part of 'Back to Black'. Terrible. He should have let Beyonce do it all.''

But Mark, who produced the song for Amy, praised the cover, saying: ''It's a wonderful... take on our song.

''I'm flattered and honoured, I know Amy would be too.''

Mitch recently called on Beyonce, who recorded the song with Andre 3000 for the soundtrack of Baz Luhrmann's new movie 'The Great Gatsby', to donate money to The Amy Winehouse Foundation after claiming she covered the song without his blessing.

The non-profit organisation - set up after Amy's untimely death aged 27 in July 2011 - aims to support homeless young people and individuals with substance abuse problems.

He previously tweeted: ''First I have heard about Beyonce and 'Back to Black'. Sounds like some of you don't like the idea.

''I don't know this but what if Beyonce gave £100,000 to foundation. Do you know how many kids that would help? Just putting it out there!

''Let me repeat. This is the first I have heard of Beyonce doing Amys song. (sic)''
