Morrissey has given himself over a month to prepare for his rescheduled U.K. tour - after a bout of ill health forced him to scrap a string of forthcoming shows.
The former Smiths frontman has been struggling with a throat condition for months, postponing the start of his gigs in the U.S. and cancelling dates in the U.K throughout May (09).
He returned to the stage for a celebratory gig for his 50th birthday - but then scrapped all subsequent shows after being ordered to rest by concerned doctors.
But the star has now told fans to keep hold of their tickets - as he will be doing the gigs throughout the summer.
Morrissey's cancelled shows at London's Mile End Troxy and his three-night jaunt at the O2 Brixton Academy will be held at the end of July (09).
The singer's postponed show in Birmingham, England will also go ahead, but not until October (09). His Salisbury show is yet to be rescheduled.
