My TV watching programme was thrown over the heap last night when I saw that Jane Horrocks was in the film LV.This fantastic Ms Pritchard PM from Lancs was on and no other programme could stop me watching Jane. The sweet and happy ending that the Americans so love was not to be had but a more realistic phsychological catastrophe instead. All actors and actresses who appeared performed excellently but Jane put on an Oscar worthy performance and she and the film belong in at least two categories and the direction in another. The story wins in my view too but perhaps only a Lancashire lad can understand that. That Jane sang her own songs and song and dance routines was more than "Ab-fab" and I doubted for a while that this was so. I'm informed that she really did do the singing and dancing and for this my deepest respect and amazement. You've never disappointed yet Jane and probably never will doGreat stuffGari the viking from IOM(born and bred in Southport, Lancs)"The real rewards in life are those of lesser pecuniary value but shown by people who respect us"
