British pop star Myleene Klass gave a warm welcome to visitors arriving in London on Wednesday (25Jul12) as she played piano for the crowds.
The singer, a classically trained pianist, entertained passengers at Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 as part of a promotional stunt ahead of the Olympic Games opening ceremony on Friday (27Jul12).
Klass donned a gold gown for the occasion and her song selection was also apt - she performed the theme tune to the 1981 Olympics-inspired movie Chariots of Fire.
She says, "It's the first time I've played in an airport and I'm sure it will create a lasting memory both for me and Heathrow's passengers as we all look forward to the start of the Games.
"It's a wonderful opportunity to be part of London's biggest welcome for the thousands of people arriving for the London 2012 Games."
