Hollywood star Naomi Watts insists she is British, despite the media's decision to label her Australian.
The Hong Kong actress lived in England until she 14 before moving to Australia for ten years.
And while Watts admits her accent sounds more Australian than English, she still considers herself as a UK citizen above all else.
She says, "My maternal grandmother is Australian and my mother decided we should move there. I ended up living there for 10 years before I moved to America.
"So I've spent more time in England than in Australia and I've still got a British passport so I'm very much British."
