Rapper Nas is investing in future generations by helping to fund technology scholarships for students from ethnic minorities.

The I Can hitmaker is working with officials at private New York technical school General Assembly to provide opportunities for African-Americans and Latinos via his QueensBridge Venture Partners project.

He joins the likes of Microsoft and Google bosses, who are also joining forces with General Assembly executives to help military veterans and women, respectively, cover the costs of courses at the school.
