Natalia Vodianova has been on a diet for 10 years.

The 33-year-old model - who has starred in campaigns for Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Gucci in the past - has revealed she has been sticking to a healthy eating regime dictated by her blood type for over a decade but insists she still gets to consume all her favourite foods.

Natalia told HELLO! Fashion: ''I've eaten the 'blood type' diet for almost ten years. It's just about eating what's good for you. I can eat meat, dairy and wheat.''

The brunette beauty - who has three children, Lucas Alexander, 13, Neva, eight and Viktor, seven, with her ex-husband Justin Portman and 10-month-old Maxim with her current spouse, Antoine Arnault - began modelling aged 15 and moved to Paris aged 17, but insists her career feels no different to when she first started out.

She recently said: ''I don't feel any different than I did the first time I arrived in Paris. I still work on the same principle, that in my life - in everything I do - there is nothing to lose.''

The Russian-born model - who grew up selling fruit on a stall in her small neighbourhood - added her difficult upbringing gave her ''important tools'' to help her become successful.

She explained: ''My childhood gave me some very important tools. I'm a fighter you see. I am sure that I wouldn't be able to handle so much, stay so positive, or have this fearlessness, if I haven't lived the life I have.''
